Ericsson production test platform enables a common way of working for development, verification, production and after market. The test platform is used by Ericsson, ST-Ericsson and Sony Ericsson manufacturing sites all over the world.
The production test platform is complete Windows based that consists of a number of software products for development, distribution, execution and monitoring of production test programs. The work includes system analysis, software design, implementation, software test and support of these software products. You will participate in early discussions with test platform users that put requirements and will be one important player in the implementation and test phase.
As a Software Developer in the Ericsson production test platform team you will work with highly skilled and motivated colleagues today 8 persons in Stockholm Kista and Borås.
Qualification
• University degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
• Good knowledge in software development including design and test activities
• Good knowledge in .NET and C#
• Good knowledge in C++ is an advantage.
• Experience in software modeling/abstraction is an advantage
• Ability to communicate clearly in written and spoken English and Swedish is mandatory
• Ability to create software architecture & analyze requirements
• Ability to work in team (Agile is an advantage).
• Knowledge about version control systems and ClearCase in particular, is an advantage.
• Experience from system administration of Windows is an advantage.
• It is qualified if you have experience of multi-threaded, time critical PC software and/or testing
You should have excellent ability to work as part of a team but also individually. You are self-motivated, with the drive to solve problems and expand your knowledge. You have the ability to organize and drive your own tasks forward. You are keen to learn and to improve things. We welcome positive, open-minded people who enjoy teamwork and challenges!
