hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Aptic AB i Skövde We are looking for a result-driven software tester to be responsible for designing and running tests in our software development team. The software tester will conduct tests, analyze the results, and report observations to the product team and other stakeholders. You will be a part of a growing delivery team ensuring that everything we do meet our high expectations.
You will be crucial in reassuring that business requirements are met in the shape of tasks delivered with high quality. You will work closely with product team & developers and with the main goal of delivering tasks in line with our client's expectations. It's important you can see things from an end-user perspective
What you'll do:
Design and run tests according to business and technical requirements
Report and track bugs and issues
Investigate product quality to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction
Collaborate with the stakeholders to ensure great customer value
Identify quality assurance process bottlenecks and suggest actions for improvement
Build competence in our products and in the area of how the products support the customers in their business operations
Must-haves:
Good organizational skills and sharp attention to detail
Have a knack for identifying and documenting bugs and issues while also being able to understand the cause and finding reproduction steps
Eager to learn and interested in our client's needs
Strong communication and critical thinking skills
Knowledge of engineering and testing procedures
Good problem-solving skills
Ability to troubleshoot and think out of the box
Good English, both written and verbal
Fluent Swedish
Nice to have:
Up-to-date knowledge of software test design and testing methodologies
A bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
Working knowledge of programming
