If you are a software engineer with strong communication skills as well as a willingness to drive a initiative of change & new ways of working in an organization, this is the position for you.

We want to be able to learn from each other and rather than being individually productive be generative in a team. You should be a true believer in the fundamentals of working incrementally and constantly validating & refining your assumptions and beliefs. You should quest for the delivery value rather than just spitting out features.

We are currently on a journey to modernize our architecture. More specifically, we are moving from a monolith to using a services based architecture. This is an exciting opportunity to participate in a groundbreaking initiative that will fundamentally change our software architecture, coding standards, and development culture. As part of this initiative, you will be responsible for shaping the future of our technology stack, driving best practices, and fostering a culture of modern software engineering principles.
As a developer at Benify, you will be responsible for all phases of the software development lifecycle, working in close collaboration with product owner, UX and agile coach. What you create really makes a difference.
Wishes from the team
We are looking for someone with several years of experience and proven experience as a fullstack developer. You should have deep knowledge in java and at least have worked with one frontend technology (preferably angular).
