This position offers challenging Java software development within our Research & Development Department.
The current project is a system controlling flight operations including route optimization, fuel and performance calculations and scheduling.
Project GURU:
This position offers challenging Java software development within our Software Project Department.
The current project is a client-server software for use by the pilots handling mass & balance, takeoff and landing performance calculations. The system includes a PC or a handheld platform.
Required Skills:
Applicant must have at least one year's experience of Java development and must be well aquainted with object oriented design. Good knowledge in english is required as the applicant must be able to write concise documentation for internal and external use.
Desirable Skills:
Applicant should be motivated, organised and have the skill necessary to convey complex concepts to a non-technical audience. Experience of using XML is desired.
Education:
A successful applicant is expected to have a bachelors degree or higher - preferably in computer science.
