ROLE DESCRIPTION
Do you like cooking? As a Software Configuration Engineer, you will be our "master chef", preparing tasteful, software configurations for our wide range of powertrain products! Your well-balanced mix of brand new functionality and customized features, will be delivered, just in time, to our customers. It is for sure a challenging task, but don't worry, you are surrounded by the best team in the world to support you! You will work in close cooperation with other configuration engineers, software developers and product owners, all guided by agile principles and methods. In this role, you will learn and further develop our secret recipes for how we design, develop and verify our powertrain software. But we will also make sure that you continuously grow as an individual, making sure you can deliver even more fantastic creations in the future!
WHO ARE YOU?
To succeed in this position we believe you possess the following skills:
You have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Computer science, Electrical engineering, Mechanical, Physics or similar).
You are experienced in Embedded SW engineering - Basic knowledge in programming / scripting, compilation, verification, fault tracing and documentation.
You have knowledge in powertrain control strategies - torque tree, injection control, air path control, EATS/OBD, communication interface between ECU's.
You have knowledge in continuous integration principles and tools
You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
You have a strong can-do attitude, a learning mindset and ability to drive tasks to completion.
