Your mission?
As a Software and Control Domain Manager you will manage a team of Control and System engineers, working in the Nordic and global projects. You will be responsible to set and monitor the objectives of the team, to meet the projects' and organization's expectations.

Your responsibilities?
manage the resources, in the broad sense, required by a Project to execute engineering activities of one of the Train Control and Information Solutions (TC&IS) Domain: sub-system, schematics & apparatus, software or verification & test.
support consistent development of competencies required for this domain, following the right methodologies and tools
ensure the application of the standard processes in the domain.


Your profile?
5 years work experience
At least 1 year experience in leadership and in management roles
Master degree in engineering or management
Good understanding of development methodologies, such as V model and Safety standards, e.g. EN50657
Experience working in railway industry, especially within TCMS (Train Control and Monitoring System) will be an advantage
Exquisite communication skills
Team-player
Fluent in English and desirably Swedish
