Essity is focusing strongly on digital channels and is now seeking to accelerate the use of these channels further to even better engage, sell to and service the consumer. We are therefore looking for a Social Media Manager to join our digital marketing team.
You will be part of a very strong and highly motivated cross category marketing team at Essity Consumer Goods Region North. Within our team we are responsible for very strong brands with many popular products like Libero, Libresse and Tena.
The Social Media Manager role will be split between two brands; Libero and Libresse. In your role as a Social Media Manager you will be part of the team of digital marketing. Your primary responsibility is to develop and implement social media and content calendar in line with strategy.
This role will be based in Gothenburg.
Main Tasks
Develop and implement social media and content calendar in line with strategy
Support of campaign performance
Influencer marketing
Set relevant KPI's
Measure, follow up and report on social media activities
Secure corrective actions based on data
Monitor social media trends, recommend actions to make sure we utilize new opportunities
Secure we are leading in SoMe (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube etc.)
Coordinate with stakeholders
Key Competencies
It is essential that you have a very good digital understanding and that you have strong analytical skills as well as a strong interest and passion for social media and digital trends. We believe that you are very self-driven and have the ability to work independently, prioritize and plan. You are organized, hands-on and consumer oriented with an open and positive attitude.
University degree, preferably in Marketing/ Business Administration
Minimum 2-3 years' experience within digital marketing
Experience in working with social media i.e. planning, conducting and follow up of social media activities
Experience in Google Analytics
Fluent in English
