Beskrivning av arbetsuppgifter: At Monki Brand & Marketing, we believe in 360-communication: a seamless approach to that covers every inch of the way from idea to consumer, regardless of channel and regardless of whether its off- or online. The range of roles at our department reflects that; but the end goal is always the same: great communication. As Social Media Coordinator, you will work closely with our Head of Social Media to maintain an ambitious, empowering and commercial social media community on a global level. Beyond adapting content in an inspiring way, you will plan and coordinate content for all social media platforms. You will also take part in our creative campaign process, helping art directors etc. secure top quality social media content. As coordinator, you will also be an important contact point for our local community managers, and you support with sync and moderation. You will also be helping out in executing the social media advertising strategy. To sum it up: you will be that important cogwheel in the centre of things that keeps our social media running.
Beskrivning av kvalifikationer: As a member of our team, you have the relevant education and professional experience of social media management - the best qualifications for joining us in our continuous work to reach for the (communication) stars. We aim high and so do you. As a person, you're confident in your own abilities. But you know that great teamwork will produce great results. You take pride in your ability to juggle different tasks, have the guts to try new things, and know that it's cool to be kind. You combine creativity, especially a talent for short, on-point copy, with a drive for business and a taste for securing execution of sometimes complex campaigns. You know your tweets, posts, likes, regrams, paid ads, influencer trends and, yes, you also understand the effects of a new algorithm. You have that enviable ability of being able to juggle ten different things at the same time, and be super nice to everyone while you do it. Mastering the language is a must: you have to be fluent in English and up-to-date on Millenial and Gen Z speak on all major platforms. In fact, you keep up to date on everything that happens in social, and love to share the inspiration. We're pretty sure you love social media more than life. Or at least more than avocados.
