Essity is a global leader in personal care. The Personal Care business area includes Baby Care, Incontinence Products, Feminine Care and Medical Solutions with brands like Libero, Libresse, Lotus and Tena.
Libero is focusing strongly on digital channels and is now seeking a Social Media and Community Manager to accelerate the use of these channels further to even better engage, sell to and service the consumer. You will be part of a very strong and highly motivated marketing team at Essity Consumer Goods Region North. Within our team we are responsible for Baby Care and the Libero brand in Region North www.libero.se www.libero.no www.libero.dk www.libero.fi
In your role as Social Media and Community Manager you will be part of the digital marketing team. Your primary responsibility is to develop and implement social media and content calendar in line with strategy.
This role will be based in Gothenburg.



Main Tasks
Develop and implement social media and content calendar in line with strategy
Develop and manage community communication
Support of campaign performance
Set relevant KPI's
Measure, follow up and report on social media and community activities
Secure corrective actions based on data
Monitor social media trends, recommend actions to make sure we utilize new opportunities
Secure we are leading in SoMe (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube etc.) and community marketing
Coordinate with stakeholders

Key Competencies
It is essential that you have a very good digital understanding and that you have strong project leader skills as well as a strong interest and passion for social media and digital trends. We believe that you are very self-driven and have the ability to work independently, prioritize and plan. You are organized, hands-on and consumer oriented with an open and positive attitude.

University degree, preferably in Marketing/ Business Administration
Minimum 2-3 years' experience within digital marketing
Experience in working with social media i.e. planning, executing and follow up of social media activities
Experience in leading projects
Experience in Google Analytics
Fluent in English
