To support our growth strategy, we are looking for an ambitious and skilled HR-manager based at our office in Stockholm, Sweden.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive professional local recruitment processes through support and counselling of line managers
Organize social media recruitment activities
Proactively source the candidate market and build a talent pipeline
Participate in employer branding activities
Work with Migration agency regarding relocation questions
Work with updates of all kinds of legal documents related to HR-questions
Education, knowledge and skills:
Academic graduate level within Human Resources and IT or equivalent education
4+ years of experience within HR-administration and IT-recruiting
Good understanding of the company?s main drivers of business and processes
Engaged and passionate about HR and HR-related questions
Excellent knowledge of IT-specialist market in Russia, Belarus, Ukrain and etc.
4+ years of experince in handling relocation processes
Good knowledge in labor law and work environment
Good skills in boolean search and other recruting tools
Fluent in English and Russian (oral and written)
At least basic knowledge in Swedish
