Perido is now looking for an HR Assistant for our client, an independent and important agency of the European Union. This position is placed at their office in Stockholm.

Here you will have an ever-changing work-day that offers various tasks and responsibilities. As an Assistant you will take on a broad and exciting role to support all human resources processes and workflows. The role includes to provide support in personnel administration following the applicable rules and regulation, with regards to working conditions and time management. All information such as confidential personal data and files need to be archived, filed and managing by you. Furthermore, you will draft and provide data and text input for reports and statistics in HR matters as well as update information in the HR system. Also, you will give administrative support in recruitment processes and when needed give excellent service to managers, staff and candidates.

To be successful in this role you need experience and knowledge of administrative assignment and tasks, preferably in Human Resources. You have an ability to work under pressure and manage to organise your work well, with a high-level of discretion when handling confidential information. In your everyday work you have excellent organisational skills and take initiative. You have a service-oriented mindset and the ability to interact with team members, colleagues and external resources, a true team player.

Required qualifications
• A degree in Human Resources Management or related area
• Experience of working in a HR department
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written in English

Contract type and hours
Fulltime. Start March 12, 3 months assignment with possible extensions to the end on the year.
