We recruit across a wide area of specializations both within somatic care as well as primary care and psychiatry. Our activities focus mainly on the public health sector but we cover and work within the private health sector too.
We are searching for a skilled dermathopathologist to the Karolinska University hospital in Sweden.
You need to have at least 5 years' experience of clinical work as a specialist. You are used to modern diagnostic techniques and methods such as for instance molecular pathology and immunohistochemistry. You should have at least a PhD, but is a merit if you have a broader clinical research experience and interest. You are experienced in working with malign and benign as well as inflammatory skin at a referral level. As a person we expect you to be a good team player and have great cooperation skills with both the clinicians and the other personnel at the pathology clinic. As the clinic is in a phase of change and implementation of new technical environment such as digital pathology you should be positive to development of the workplace. Training of students and residents can be a part of the job.
