At Mutual Benefits Engineering's, Supplier Quality Management Team (SQM) you will at our customers facilities be a part of a global Program SQM team ensuring the quality of parts from internal as well as external suppliers during all phases of product program introductions.
Join the PSQM team on our journey towards 100% Supplier and Part Readiness in function of flawless launches of new product programs in our customers manufacturing plants. The PSQM team acts as a cross functional interface between several functions within Automotive such as R&D, Purchasing, NML, MP&L, Manufacturing, site SQM and the external supplier functions.
As Program SQM Manufacturing engineer you will actively drive the SQM deliverables for our customers product portfolio within the manufacturing area. Securing a quality & capacity assured launch at the internal/external supplier sites, in line with the program requirements and time plan, is your challenge.
The job includes travelling to suppliers and on-site presence at the manufacturing launch location nearby Örebro, Sweden. Depending on the program and phase frequent travelling might be required.
For our international high-end machine development client we are searching for a M.Sc or B.Sc with at least 5 years work experience from X-functional teams in an organisation preferably within Manufacturing organization. Experience from R&D and Purchase is strongly beneficial.
We are happy to see an application from you with strong Communicative and Project Leadership skills, who can get people to deliver with a smile and get technical things in the manufacturing area solved, have the ability to priorities and act as a role model for result oriented humble project management. We encourage female applicants for the post.
Knowledge about quality tools & follow up systems (such as PPAP, FMEA, QS9000/TS16949 but also 5S, SMED and similar) is essential. Experience to implement & coordinate complex quality improvement processes (DoE, 6 sigma, 8D) is meritorious.
Experience of working with international business culture is beneficial.
