hela Sverige Lead, inspire, mentor and empower a team of Site Reliability Engineers towards shared goals
Build automated continuous integration and deployment pipelines that enable other teams to deliver high-quality software at speed
Along with the team create instrumentation and monitoring strategies for existing and new business systems
Guide design discussions and enable the team to find solutions to complex Site Reliability Engineering challenges
Work with the team to refine and improve best practices for agile work
Have full responsibility throughout the SDLC to ensure reliability and high availability is built in from scratch, and present in all environments up to and including production
Collaborate with other teams and external stakeholders
Experience building automated continuous integration and deployment pipelines for delivery of software in a distributed architecture
Strong problem-solving capabilities, especially under pressure
Comfort in working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
Confidence in solving difficult engineering challenges and a solid can-do mentality
The ability to deliver clean and highly performant solutions
The willingness to define, follow and monitor the processes and procedures necessary to operate in a regulated financial industry
The desire to lead and mentor a team of Site Reliability Engineers
The ability to lead and drive design and architecture discussions
