As Site Manager (Platschef) you will be responsible for Guttsta Källa production facility, logistics, purchasing, quality, HR, as well as for contacts to authorities and labor unions. You will be challenged to reach new volume heights cost efficiently and to high quality standards (we are ISO 22000 certified). You will have full responsibility for the result of Guttsta Källa production unit. You will report to Group VP Production and Logistics and you will work in close collaboration with the Country Sales Manager in Sweden as well as your colleagues in Finland.

The ideal candidate
• is experienced in running a production unit as well as investment projects
• has sufficient technical education and experience
• has a solid understanding of processes
• has good people management skills and is a natural, modern leader
• is business and result oriented with an entrepreneurial mind-set
• has an understanding for customer needs and strong quality orientation
• is fluent in Swedish and English
