This is initially a consulting assignment via Ghost Competence but can over time lead to a direct employment with our customer if the cooperation works well.

Dina arbetsuppgifter
Your primary duties
• Analysis and monitoring of data, based on budget and key figures.
• Take a leading role in the forecast process and support the business managers
• Responsible for reporting financial reports (monthly closing and estimate), according to Metso requirement deadlines
• General support in different financial issues and dentify and support areas of improvement.
• Produce and develop monthly reports package to local management

We are looking for someone with:
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• University degree in Finance or Accounting
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in controlling, from an international environment
• Experience in industrial controlling environment preferred
• Experience from SAP and Hyperion are preferred
• A high level of computer skills is essential - MS Office
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
• Experience working in multicultural environment with challenging deadlines
• Direct experience with month-end closings and financial reporting, i.e. complete balance sheets, income statements and cash flow
• Experience in forecasting and budgeting from cost center level to complete financial statements
• Experience working in a matrix organization with multiple business partners and internal customers

• Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to be pro-active and adaptable
