You can make a difference
Mission:
Manage the Demand (maintain master data, secure demand is recorded, ensure delivery performance)
Coordinate the logistic loop (order transports, secure returnable packaging availability, etc.)
Plan, execute and control shipments (loading, labelling, etc.) for both customer demand and others
Document shipments, mainly in ERP (Goods issue, invoicing, transport doc., etc.)
Improve processes, and autonomously share best practices between Shipping Administrators
Main responsibilities:
Demand management & service rate
Coordination of the Logistics loop
Shipping
a. Ensure proper execution of shipment of customer demand, including
i. Ensure proper labelling of goods
ii. Coordinate loading & shipping according to plan (execution from forklift drivers)
b. Execute ad-hoc shipment requests (return to suppliers (packaging, rejected material), shipment of prototypes, spare parts for repair, dispatch of material to sub-contractors, etc.)
Administration
Improve overall Shipping function and efficiency, as well as the Customer relationship
The position is based at our site in Mjällby, Sweden, Supply Chain. Swedish or European working permit is an advantage. We also encourage and welcome female candidates.

Requirements for the role:
Education & Professional experience:
Bachelor or Masters degree (Logistics, Manufacturing, Finance, Purchasing or Engineering)
Competences & Skills:
• Result-driven, proactive & able to work under pressure to resolve crisis
• Communication skills to coordinate with customers & internally, and obtain expected results
• Methodical & organised to efficiently administrate shipments
• Analytical & IT skills (extract mass data, review & analyse to improve system set-up)
System & Languages:
IT: Good SAP & Excel skills.
English: Good level mandatory to communicate with stake-holders (internal & external).
Competences & Skills:
Result-driven, proactive & able to work under pressure to resolve crisis
Communication skills to coordinate with suppliers / obtain expected results
Team-worker attitude to secure internal projects
Analytical & IT skills (extract mass data, review & analyse to improve system set-up)
