About the role
We need to strengthen our Finance team in Sweden with an Accountant that will be placed at our office in Högsbo, Göteborg. You will collaborate cross-organizational and have a close working relationship with the Finance Manager. You will actively contribute to the development of our general processes and routines.
Key responsibilities
• Monthly closing activities
• Balance sheet reconciliation
• Preparing VAT declaration and other tax related tasks.
• Support colleagues, auditors, and other stakeholders
• Statistics reporting to SCB
• Reporting of HR-files to the general ledger
• Creating invoices for reclaims
• Book manual vouchers and depreciations
Knowledge and Experience
We believe that you have a university degree in accounting or similar relevant finance discipline and a couple of years' experience in accounting. We value an interest in systems and experience from working in IFS and skills in Excel, is a merit. Knowledge in tax reporting would also be preferable. You are fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
As a person, you have a strong sense of responsibility and an ability to keep deadlines. You are structured and analytical and have an attention for details. Furthermore, you are a service minded team player with good communication skills and are attracted by the possibility to work in an international environment with many points of contacts.
