hela Sverige To effectively manage the counter and provide exchange services and ancillary products of the highest standard to all Customers during the time on duty, to maintain stocks of cash and currencies in his/her till as directed by line management and to protect Company assets.
Customer 's Service
• Process money transfer orders and foreign exchange with speed, accuracy and tact
• Provide information about Ria Services to customers
• Resolve orders incidences working together with Customer Service department
• Promotion on events and outside store
For organization, controls and Compliance
• Organize the level of stocks and balance his/her own till quickly and without mistakes.
• Be present at the assigned counter position at all times when on duty to serve Customers.
• Keep the till ordered at all the times.
• Check daily reports.
• Implement the Company established procedures to accomplish regulations, AML and Security in the Work Place
We are looking for a customer service and commercial focused person. You should have the ability to work well in a team and provide customers with great service. As a person you are positive, outgoing, structured and have great communication skills. Languages such as Swedish and English are mandatory while speaking a third language such as Arabic, Georgian, Polish is a merit.
