Publiceringsdatum2014-03-20Dina arbetsuppgifterThe main responsibility for this role is to perform service and maintenance operations at customer site. At the same time ensuring a high quality product support to Dynasafe's customers. You will, in a proactive manner, be performing service, maintenance, troubleshooting & audits of customer equipment. Furthermore, you will represent Dynasafe in dialogue with customers, promoting the commercial aspects of the business. You will also perform internal & external training for employees and customers as well as perform tasks within the QA process, FAT and LAT procedures. In addition to this you will also write technical reports and proposals for corrective actions in order to improve product quality. This role is subject to frequent traveling abroad (more than 100 days per year).
Utbildning/erfarenhet
The successful candidate has excellent technical knowledge and skills within mechanics, electronics and hydraulics. Good knowledge of maintenance methods, norms and standards is also a prerequisite to succeed in this role. We also believe it is very important that you are a hands on experienced service engineer that has been working in a multicultural environment, prepared to stay at customer site until the problem is solved. We also believe that your personal traits entail a positive and sales oriented approach, a can-do attitude and a great team spirit. The role requires fluency in English and Swedish, verbal and written.
