Do you have good knowledge of SQL and have some knowledge in integrated reporting solutions and in .NET? Then this is the job for you!
ProOpti Sweden AB seeks a Servicedesk and 3rd line engineer who mainly will work with 3rd line support but who also can assist at Servicedesk as well assist in technical implementation projects. In this recruitment we have special focus on finding someone who have worked with supporting SQL-applications and have knowledge about database structure and coding.
Job description
• Work as 3:rd line engineer and support our Servicedesk with troubleshooting our application and customers environment, correction and user support to partners and customers.
• Help customers recover their data when they run into trouble for different reasons
• Assist Servicedesk so that the incoming queue don't get too high and that customers gets support within agreed SLA.
• Continuously identify and own problems and/or opportunities for improvement; working toward developing and deploying temporary and permanent fixes.
• Document found bugs in out TFS-tool and work closely with our R&D to solve the problems.
• Participate in testing of existing solution with an end user focus and supporting in workshops and testing of upcoming solutions.
• Be able to assist our Technical Consultants when they get a high volume of incoming cases.
Your tasks are varied and covers everything from simple tasks to more complex tasks.
Desired Skills and Experience
We are looking for a person who are comfortable in a communicative role and fits in well with the description as flexible, service minded and social person. You are accurate, structured and have an eye for details.
• Pursuing actions and taking constant initiatives.
• A genuine interest for Customer Service and technology and good customer understanding
• Have worked at Servicedesk or with support for a couple of years
• 2+ years of technology experience in SQL?database administration.
• Some knowledge in coding .NET to actively participate with understanding and input in R&D workshops
• Excellent in expressing yourself in writing and verbally since you will be involved in direct contact with customers/partners
You will fit at ProOpti if you are customer-driven, take initiative and get things done.
• Fluent Swedish and English, both written and spoken
The position is located at our headquarters in Stockholm but requires sometimes domestic and international travel.
