Warehouse Online is one of three Service Areas within IT Logistics. As a Service Transition Lead you will work with larger warehouse projects with a lot of cross-dependencies and cross-channel (Store, Online and Omni). You will be part of an area and a team that has been expanding the last years with focus on time to market. At IT Logistics we deliver as one team, with passion for logistics, in partnership with our vendors, always with love and speed!As a Service Transition Lead at IT logistics you will have the overall responsibility for Service transition from Project/Release Managers to IT Maintenance and Operations to secure operational readiness. You will lead and manage service transition team including vendor transition team. You will have an important role in the team and act point of contact between program/project/release and the maintenance and operations organizations.This is a key H&M IT Logistics role with that will have an important business impact on our ability to keep customer promise, accuracy in stock balance, available to promise and our ability to manage goods in time as well as avoid lack of space.What you will doThe job of an H&M Service Transition Lead comes with lots of responsibility - and lots of fun.Your main responsibility is to understand the project objectives and directives as well as the objectives, directives and processes used by the maintenance and operations organizations.Receive IT requirements from the project and ensure IT Transition phase so business requirements and expectations are met. Your to do-list includes:* Set and get steering group acceptance of a Service Introduction Plan for the project/release* Execute on the plan and report on issues, risks and progress to project/release manager or project/release steering group and other stakeholders* Lead and manage service transition team incl. vendor transition team * Act as point of contact between program/project/release and the maintenance and operations organizations* Support line managers with IT change management activities* Support handover to business line organization (be a speaking partner to business change management lead)* Support IT organizational design, definition of IT roles and responsibilities* Design and implement service management processes (roles and authorization, Incident, problem, change and inquire) and WoW * Report status and escalate to SAR Warehouse OnlineYour skills and how to thriveTo succeed in this role, we believe you need to have experience and knowledge from the Logistics area and experience with IT Project Management. And your skills include: * Min 5 years of experience of IT Project Management where you have proven excellent results * Experience from managing projects that have integrations and cross dependencies with many parts of the organisation * An understanding of maintenance of complex solutions* Experience from procurement, contract and vendor management* Good knowledge of HM IT organisation and processes (ej om vi lägger ut externt)* Able to work independently* Networking skills* Business integrity and objectivity* Supplier Management* Stakeholder Management* Experience from working in distributed teams * Knowledge within Change Management* Ability to understand and define contract requirements* Ability to "drive and lead" * Strong English verbal and in writingExperience from Logistics, e-commerce and SAP is an advantage.Travelling will be part of the job.Sounds interesting?
