Job description:
As a Service Specialist you’ll be working with responsibility for the after-sales service management and technical support.
You’ll have the following responsibilities:
• To coordinate and resolve the service & technical issues during the fulfillment of customer satisfactions
• Local Authorized Service Providers authentication, daily business management and target monitoring
• Spare parts, and expenses management for after-sales service
• Technical support for ASC (Authorized Service Providers) and customers
• Customer Relationship Management and improvement
• This position may require travel on occasion
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
• Bachelor or higher degree in, Electronic or Electric Engineering, Communication Engineering or Computer Engineering or related commerce or science discipline. Electronic background is preferred
• Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills with a wide variety of people (product management, engineering, marketing).
• More than two years working relevant experience in after-sales or pre-sales
• Long-term and stable working tendency is to be preferred
• Permission to live and work in Sweden
• Good oral and written communication, interpersonal skills and fluency in English and Swedish. Skill of Chinese will be preferred.
It’s an advantage if you have previous experience from working at a high paced international company.
For this position it’s important for you to be flexible and welcomes challenges.
