Service Management is a part of Swedish Industrial & Office Division at Volvo Group Real Estate. We are responsible for supporting the Division and to drive and implement changes. Our competence areas are facility and property management, building projects, fire prevention&safety, waste handling, energy optimization and work place efficiency. We work closely with our colleagues trhoughout the Division.
Volvo Group Real Estate is now looking for an experienced Service Specialist in Work Place Efficiency who has the passion and drive to contribute to make the Volvo Group the most admired employer in our industry
Role Mission
The main focus is to develop and secure the very best solutions for workplaces for office areas. You will by leading, participating as an expert or facilitating colleagues work in different projects throughout Sweden. Our concept solutions can have personalized desking or are activity based. You will play an important role in catalyzing the right design. The role may also evolve into other areas.
Main Responsibilities
• Lead the Divisions way of working with workplace management as the specialist
• Participate in developing Volvo Group Future Workplace Concept
• Secure the Divisions knowledge regarding workplace management
• Work closely with our Regions and the Division management
• Support the daily work for Facility and Property managers
• Contribute in defining and deciding the standard range of office furniture
• Collaborate with selected partners and updated in market trends

Who are you?

Required Knowledge/Experience
In the role as Service Specialist you will work with many parts of Volvo Group's Swedish organization and on many levels. You feel professional within your role and are comfortable in representing your field of expertize. We would like you to have the following knowledge/experience:
• Theoretical and hands on experiences of activity based working and other design of workplaces
• Change management and an ability to convince at all levels
• Project management
• Great multilevel communication skills
• Adequate university degree
• Great communication skills in English, spoken and written
• Experience from similar real estate organization or maybe in a consulting company within the field
