We are now looking for a Service Responsible to join the Industrial Workshop Service team. If you are enthusiastic and have an interest in new technologies and would like to take on a leading role in a global cross functional team in close cooperation with the business, this could be the right challenge for you
In this role you will have full responsibility for one or more services and components. You will be supported by a team of technical experts and IT architects. You will be placed in a challenging environment with opportunities for development in leadership and technology.
Your main assignments
• Maintain and propose development and improvements on existing services, as well as push forward new services and technologies
• Financial ownership and control of the services, including forecast, allocation and tracking
• Secure agreed and up-to-date contracts with both business and suppliers
• Work proactively with the business users to anticipate their needs
• Lead strategic initiatives towards our suppliers.
Your profile
As a person you have a positive attitude, you are driven and customer oriented with the ability to drive to move our services forward. You enjoy building the right network and have good communication skills. Furthermore you have a genuine interest in IT and digitalization within production and logistics, finding the business need and technology equally interesting.
We think you have a university degree in IT or equivalent experience, supplemented with experience working as Service delivery manager, Service Responsible or IT project lead. Experience from agile working methods are beneficial. In addition to Swedish, you need to be proficient in written and spoken English.
