About the job
As a Service Provider Key Account Manager at Telavox you will drive indirect sales in the Nordic Countries, through existing partners and attract new partners.

Your main responsibilities include:

Drive indirect sales through partners

• Work closely with partners to identify and support customer cases
• Develop and continuously update business plans with partners
• Run sales stimulating activities (campaigns, competitions etc.)

Attract new partners

• Identify and approach prospect partners
• Train/educate new partners in sales

About you
To be successful and have fun in this role we believe you need a couple of years of proven successful sales experience in telecom, IT or SaaS solutions. It would be great if you have management experience and high skills to work with many different people and projects at the same time.

You probably have a university degree, IHM or similar but most important is that you really enjoy being out in the field, meeting with partners, and driving sales. You are great at building trust and new relationships as well as building long-term relationships. You are comfortable in discussions concerning technical solutions and you are eager to understand how everything actually works.

You can understand the business of Telavox and partners, how value is created for both parts as well as the customer, and proactively analyze the partner portfolio to find improvements. Your high energy and insatiable curiosity combined with your business acumen will make you successful in this position!
