You will be a part of ABB Measurement and Analytics in Västerås, which is a business line within the Industrial Automation business. We develop and provide a comprehensive range of measurement and analytics products designed to improve control, productivity and quality in a wide variety of processes and industries. Our unique basic measuring technologies are well suited for harsh environments which has provided us with a long track record of satisfied customers. Tasks You will work in a team of 10 people in a well-structured global organization. Since this is a new position you have the opportunity to shape the role and way of working. As a service process developer, you are responsible to see to that information about our installed base is stored in a structured way and accessible to customers and ABB. You will ensure continuous process improvements to support service sales and that service offerings are exposed to relevant customers thru MyABB. You will set the ground for new sales opportunities, foundation and content for future digital customer platforms. Some of your challenges in this role are to get priority on process development projects necessary to improve process efficiency, find new ways to use automation and digitalization. All with focus on creating value for our customers through our services. RequirementsAs a foundation, you hold an academic degree. You have previously experience in leadership, project management, logistics and IT-tools. Since you will work in an international organization you must be proficient in English, Swedish is good to have. As a person you should be structured, social and outgoing. You enjoy growing and developing your own skills and you are focused on process improvements. You have good communication skills. Experience from working with MyABB is valued.
