hela Sverige MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Nokia Siemens Networks, Care Nordic, Competence Stream Operations & Business Systems is looking for an ambitious colleague for the Service Platforms Nordic team.
Team is supporting IN (IN@vantage), IMS and HLRi platforms. The IN services delivered are Prepaid, Wireless Office and Railway. The main task will be to provide local and regional technical support for HW and SW upgrades, installation, configuration, integration and acceptances testing of the products and solutions delivered. You will be involved as key person in consulting the customer in technical questions for system configuration and maintenance issues including troubleshooting of challenging technical problems.
The work requires that you plan and executes technical tasks requiring specialist skills in own professional area. You have to works independently with the responsibility for solving customer request cases and reporting according to processes. You are a member of a technical community that shares knowledge in own professional area. You may support areas by participating in emergency and 24/7 duty.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Experience in operating telecommunication networks or service platforms.
• Operator business understanding.
• Personality with high drive, initiative and energy to result in excellent performance.
• Ability to manage demanding troubleshooting and problem analyzing situations.
• Understanding of virtual team and remote customer service challenges, requirements and rules.
• Customer Service Orientation and strong customer relation skills.
• Basic 2G and 3G network architecture knowledge.
• Basic Unix knowledge.
• Basic Oracle Database knowledge.
• Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, routers and switches.
