Would you like to join us in opening doors of the future? We are looking for a new talent to join our Global IT Shared Service Center team (GSSC) in Malmö, Sweden.
Global IT Shared Service Center is managing ASSA ABLOYs shared infrastructure and global application as well as application management for selected divisional solutions. The GSSC strategy is that the services we offer are outsourced in a multi-sourcing setup.
You will work as a Service Owner for Security, a role within the service areas of network (WAN, LAN & Security) while handling partners and suppliers.
Your work assignment
In this position you will manage and provide support for the Security infrastructure area which is tightly connected to the infrastructure network. You will have high involvement in design and implementation of solutions as well as keeping the environment well-documented.
Included in the role is to understand and suggest improvements of the global security services that provides the most value and to be an interaction point driving the solutions forward.
In close partnering with our internal customers and external strategic partners, you will increase the quality and efficiency for IT Security infrastructure and will also be planning for future growth.
Tasks and Responsibilities
You will be responsible for planning, directing and controlling the functions and operations of the 24/7 Managed Security Services. You also have to ensure adequate communication with the customer(s) for all service-related enquiries and issues.
You have an important role to serve as the point of escalation for major incidents and will be collecting feedback and requirements from customers and other stakeholders. You contribute to driving a common infrastructure security design and architecture, being compliant with related policies. You will maintain and handle the WebSecurity (URL filtering) while contributing to keep the monitoring systems updated. As a Service Owner, you will also support in reporting and analysis of Service metrics and manage that vulnerability scanning is being performed and overtime improvements.
In your responsibilities you will make sure that processes and routines are well defined and documentation being correctly updated, and that the service in the service catalogue or equivalent is maintained.
You will also analyze and review actual service performance against Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Operation Level Agreements (OLAs).
Your background
You are an expert and have documented expertise within infrastructure security Services; Firewall, Intrusion Detection and Intrusion Prevention System, LoadBalancer, URL filtering, and Routing, both from design and support experience.
You have skills in Architecture design, documentation and have strong understanding of Infrastructure Services. We expect that you have a high level of verbal and written communication and presentation skills in English. The ideal candidate should possess analytical skills and communicate results at a level consistent with the target audience.
You have at least 5 years of experience managing, installing and troubleshooting the different technologies within the Security area. Have minimum of 5 years of professional experience in service oriented delivery in a large international environment. ITIL certification is a plus. Knowledge and experience from ServiceNow, Solarwinds and AirWatch is considered a plus.
