We are now extending our team within IT Security, with an additional Service manager. Do you have the right mindset and skills to join us and be part of the IAM Governance team? We currently have many challenging and interesting projects ongoing, which include integration of brands within the TRATON group (SCANIA/MAN/VW truck & bus/Navistar) and we are also setting up the process and IT solutions for our business in China.

About the role
As a Service manager, you will lead the team working with Directory services. You will have close contact with our stakeholders, plan and prioritize daily work, make decisions and deliver with quality towards our common goals. Your main tasks would be:
• Team leading
• Process and business development
• Budget and capacity planning
• Strategy
• Compliance
Your mindset and skills
We believe you are self-motivated and passionate about IT security and Directory services. You are a team player who can inspire others and appreciate working in a diverse team, solving tasks together. Furthermore, you have excellent communication and presentation skills and are proficient in written and spoken Swedish and English. Furthermore, we believe you have;
• Experience in Service management within IT
• A solid experience within the Directory services area
• Master in communicating and defining roadmaps
