www.oriola.com.We are looking for a SERVICE MANAGER, B2B DIGITAL
to join Oriola Information Management (IM) team in Espoo, Finland or Enköping/Gothenburg, Sweden. Service Manager will have a key role in Oriola's B2B digital vision implementation in close co-operation with business stakeholders. IM integrates processes, systems and information, supporting businesses in digitizing the core operations and customer facing processes. The position reports to the Head of Digital Solutions and in matrix to Business Area IM Director. This position is permanent and entails a broad range of responsibilities including the following tasks:
• Lead IT part of development projects in customer facing digital services (e.g. B2B webshops, eServices portals) area
• Take lifecycle responsibility (from release management to ramp-down) for customer facing digital services (e.g. Oriola4Care, OriolaPro, CRM) as per the business requirements
• Manage vendors and negotiate agreements related to project and service delivery, much of the development and delivery work is done by external vendors
• Work together with business stakeholders to innovate new digital services by bringing "IT insights"
• Contribute to Group IM digital team overall performance
Our preferred candidate has:
• Master's level degree in IT or Business or in another relevant field
• Over 5 years of work experience in IT project and service management with external vendors
• Worked in projects within one or more of the following categories B2B Ecommerce, CRM, PIM, Analytics and eService portals
• Knowledge in one or more products related to the above categories e.g. SAP Hybris, Microsoft, Qlick.
• Proven record in leading successfully mid-sized projects in customer facing digital area
• Courage of trying new things with a structured way of proceeding
• Fluent English skills, Swedish and Finnish are considered as advantage
• Good analytical and presentation skills in all shapes and forms
• Very good interpersonal skills to secure smooth cooperation with different stakeholders in various parts of the organization
• And last by not least result driven digital enthusiasm with strong "can do" mindset
