At H&M IT Infrastructure & Operations (I&O) is one of 8 IT divisions. I&O consists of 3 main area which are Infrastructure Services, Service Management & Support and Business Solutions I&O, We are seated in Stockholm, Hong Kong and New York.

Workplace services, within Infrastructure Services, is now looking for a driven Service Manager to take responsibility for the service area Desktop. As Service Manager Desktop the responsible includes the service delivery areas Managed Desktop, Virtual Desktop and Application & Print. You will also lead a great team of Service Delivery Managers and work close with Workplace management team.

As a Service Manager you ensure we have the right services and agreements in place to deliver accurate and efficient IT Services to our customers within the H&M organization . This means you are responsible for the service portfolio within the area as well as the future roadmap and this is why your ability to see the whole picture and connect technology to business value is key.

You will be leading and coaching a team of Service Delivery Managers. Service Delivery Managers are responsible for the daily delivery from our vendors and make sure they deliver according to expectations and goals. The service development will be done in association with our vendors and Workplace architects. You will be working close to our customers in order to understand their future needs and make sure we are one step ahead. For this, your ability to communicate and motivate is one of the key ingredients for success.

Your responsibilities
The job of an H&M Service Manager comes with lots of responsibility - and lots of fun.

Your to do list includes:
• Secure all aspects of the IT or Supporting Service- design and architecture
• Coach and support the Service Delivery Managers
• Continually build business knowledge and understand the IT or Supporting Service contribution to business outcome
• Maintain and develop the service portfolio
• Develop and implement roadmaps for the services aligned with business need and strategy
• Work with strategies for the technical architecture together with our architects
• Make sure the delivery over the lifecycle is in line with H&M policies and guidelines
• Communicate with and report performance to customers and stakeholders
• Manage the budget for the area
• Participate in supplier meetings and contract negotiations

And your skills include:
• At least 5 years experience of Service Delivery Management and/or other management roles
• Experience from holding presentation for management teams as well as leading discussions in meetings with technical experts
• Experience of managing outsourced deliveries
• Experience from contract negotiations with large IT vendors and service suppliers in an on-shore/off-shore setup
• Being a strong leader with the ability to motivate and make things happen
• Experience from budgeting and following up costs
• Good knowledge of infrastructure technologies and how they contribute to business value
• Good knowledge of working with requirements
• Experience of working with operation and support in a global IT organization and good knowledge of the processes in this field
• Good knowledge of ITIL and ITSM
• Good communication skills in Both Swedish and English

This is a full-time assignment and the position is placed within the I&O division and located in Stockholm/Marievik. Travelling will now and then occur.

The IT department is an important part of the company's business and carries out operations, software development and maintenance of the company's systems and business applications. Our goal is to supply as cost efficient IT solutions as possible in order to offer our customers "Fashion and quality at the best price in a sustainable way". The IT-department is located in Stockholm and Borås and conduct business virtually all over the globe. The H&M group includes in addition to H&M the brands COS, Monki, Weekday, Cheap Monday, & Other Stories and H&M Home. As an IT-department, we work with all brands.
