As Service Innovation Manager
Innovation infused with your strategic and creative thinking. That's it. And making sure that what you come up with also get brought to life, of course. Here, you will help us find new ways of working with your ever so curious mind and your experience with service innovation. With your contagious energy and positive mindset, you will turn question marks in "what are we doing now?" And "what's the next step?" into exclamation points. By being able to pitch your ideas both to clients and inhouse, you will play a key part at Duni Group. Some might say "the sky is the limit," but you know with the right concept and an awesome team, there is no limit. Simply, it's up to ourselves how far we want to go.
We're looking for you ...
who is a creative doer. You who know the difference between an idea and an insight, which means you know how to turn a need into a want. You're both confident and humble, goal oriented and easygoing. You work hard but know the important underlying meaning of work-life-balance. That's why you are able to walk into the office in the morning, full of energy and ready to bring your best self: both as a colleague and as an employee. You're a team player with a capital T and your motivation lays in the desire to achieve and inspire, not to beat others.

• You have titled yourself as a project manager before
• You have a strategic mind and have worked with service innovation before
• Fluent in English
• It is an advantage if you have worked both inhouse and with clients
