hela Sverige Take the chance to evolve within a dynamic and global organization! We are now looking for a Service Delivery Manager who will take on the task to further develop and deliver our service offerings.
Find your place in a fast moving environment where you will have a key role within our team that is responsible for delivery of physical security IT services, with the purpose to prevent loss and protect the company 's employees and assets. This includes article surveillance, access control, visitor registration, IP surveillance and more. The team currently consists of a Service Manager, a Service Delivery Manager, an architect and three Application Technicians.

This is an opportunity for you to take on the task to further develop and deliver our service offerings primarily in the IP Surveillance and Access Control areas. In addition to managing the specific service area you will be part of our common long-term task to develop the team and our way of working and will have a close dialogue with several different business stakeholders and suppliers.

As Service Delivery Manager you are...
• Responsible for designing, establishing and improving the services in your area
• Responsible for delivery and maintenance of the services in your area
• Responsible for facilitating global deployment of the services in your area
• Responsible for steering the operation and maintenance of the systems in your area
• Working together with all other team members to ensure our common service delivery
• Communicating with Country IT and Country Security Managers to identify local solutions and promote the deployment of global standard solutions
• Driving constant improvement of our service delivery and offerings
• Taking responsibility for your own and your team members ' professional development
• Communicating with the Service Manager, business stakeholders and suppliers to follow up on service delivery and ensure a common view on future plans
• Involved in developing the IT Physical Security team and way of working
• Coordinating major changes, problems and incidents
• Documenting, preparing and evaluating decision material
Your experience, skills and personality
We are looking for someone with at least 3-5 years' experience as Service Delivery Manager, Project Manager, Process owner or other leading position in an IT service delivery or project. We expect you to be familiar with IT Service Management, specifically Service Delivery. We value practical experience over theoretical knowledge.
You have high-level knowledge of the IT landscape in terms of technology and established practices in organization, processes and way of working.
You enjoy leading a team and creating a good working environment for your team members. You take responsibility, find solutions and drive improvements.

The IT-department is located in Stockholm and Borås and conduct business virtually all over the globe.
