What you'll do

As Service Delivery Manager your main responsibility will be to ensure that all contracted services in a customer account are delivered profitably and meet customer expectations. You act as a single point of contact for the customer, building strong relationship with the customer's operational IT contact and represent the customer's interest and concerns internally to match expectations with delivered services. In addition to customer service, you are responsible for delivering against the agreed forecast of the engagement P&L and actively work with Service Owners to improve productivity and overall effectiveness to achieve ongoing performance improvements. You will lead a cohesive virtual team of all Fujitsu service delivery resources and external partners to deliver as "one service team" to the customer, ensuring services are correctly scoped, contracted and implemented.

Who are you?

To ensure your success in this role, we see that you have held previous P&L account responsibilities, have experience in building and sustaining customer relationships on an operational level and have experience from working with virtual teams. You are currently a senior professional with 5-7 years of Service Delivery experience. You are a proactive and confident professional with excellent negotiating, interpersonal and communication skills. With your knowledge in areas such as Financial Management of projects & service, preparation of Bids and Tenders, Contract Adherence, Value Propositions and Risk Management, we believe you will be a great asset to us in delivering quality IT solutions to our customers.
