To our newly started M3 Delivery team we're now looking for a driven Service Delivery Manager to be a part of the current setup - a role where you work to maintain and support our M3 related tasks. About the job
Your responsibilities include:
Responsible for the compliance to IT Guidelines and Controls
Ensuring IT supply in terms of available resources - internal personnel and external suppliers
Accountable for the delivery of IT services in given area/geography. Follow-up on contracts and allocations with suppliers
Maintaining IT performance indicators and follow-up on IT Delivery precision (Service's, SLA's, System Operations and IT projects)
Accountability for the delivery of IT services, demands, projects and enhancements of specific applications or infrastructure
Executing local IT projects
Overseeing the study and implementation of new processes and techniques
We offer you a hybrid workplace - where you have your base in Europe - either in Fagersta (Sweden), Brno (Czech Republic) or in other Seco Tools Office. You also have the opportunity to work from home or from another location a couple of days a week.
Your profile
We're looking for someone with a relevant university degree, combined with experience from a similar role in a larger, global company. We believe that you come from a background of coordinating activities related to IT delivery, in terms of infrastructure, applications and databases. Working in a truly global setting calls for excellent communications skills in English, while knowing Swedish or any other language is a plus.
Your personality is important, and your positive and proactive features really come in handy in this role. You're a good listener - open to new ideas and able to take input from others. Leadership comes naturally to you and your diplomatic approach helps you expand your thoughts and perspectives. With your excellent communication skills, you easily interact and build relationships with people from all around the world.
