Axis is looking for the right person to fill an open position as an Service Delivery administrator for Technical Services EMEA.

This position is located in the city of Lund in the southern part of Sweden, and in close proximity of Malmö and Copenhagen.

WHAT WILL YOU DO
The people and the team, their drive, taking responsibility, and support for each other are cornerstones in our organization, which allow us to deliver technical services at very high standards.

In this role, your goal is to enable an as high service level as possible for our customers by working the following two primary tasks:

• Coordinate and implement temporary instant or short-term changes to balance between staff schedules, real time staff availability, and our SLAs and service delivery responsibilities

• Surge for the availability and configuration of our tools such as the phone, the chat system, and the Helpdesk ticket tool.

To be able to do that you will consider workload in terms of volume of incoming support requests to the different regions, ongoing and time-consuming support requests, and other activities that may be at hand in a region or for a support technician.

You will furthermore be responsible for most or all scheduling and availability within the Technical Support team, which today include schedules for:

• Chat availability

• Phone availability

• Personal development (Subject matter Expert) time

• Technical Services internal trainings

• Axis trainings and technical conferences

• New employee introduction trainings and trainer availability

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
Flexibility, balanced and adaptable communication style, and relation building are key characteristics for the role.
You are service and open minded, social, empathetic, and structured individual, preferably with a documented experience from managing people availability and with a proactive, service, and solution focused mentality. For this role it's specifically important in addition that you're structured and accurate in your approach to tasks and that you can use tools to support such a way of working.

A successful candidate will have a combination of experience coordinating technical staff plus relevant technical background; this should include experience from service organizations where you have been involved in building and implementing new services, working against SLAs, working with managed services, and charged services is considered a good qualification.

To be able to speak and write in English fluently with good conversational and presentation skills is a must.

TECHNICAL SERVICES TEAM
The Technical Services team is responsible for the support in EMEA, which in our case is split in the regions Middle Europe, Southern Europe, Northern Europe, Eastern Europe, and Middle East/Africa. All functions are located in Lund, Sweden and we're currently a team of around 40 people. This role will report to the Technical Services Manager for EMEA.
