About the department and position
Working in the service department at RaySearch means that you are part of an international team that is responsible for installation, support and education of our customers. We work closely with our colleagues and customers in the US, Europe, Asia and Australia.
As service coordinator you will be a vital part of our team, with responsibility for coordinating all customer related activities on the European market. This includes allocation and scheduling of resources as well as direct contact with customers. The main objective of the position is to ensure that our human resources are efficiently allocated, while also maintaining a very high quality in the delivery of our services and fulfillment of obligations towards our customers. Our ideal candidate always puts the customer first.
The service coordinator will be reporting to and working in close collaboration with the Director of Service and with the Director of Sales.
The position requires some travelling, mainly in Europe.
Qualifications and skills
We would like to see that you have:
• Relevant university degree or equivalent education
• 3-5 years' experience from project management
• Very strong organizational and administrative skills
• Experience from resourse scheduling and knowledge about scheduling tools and processes
• Excellent language skills in English is required, good knowledge in other languages are considered a merit
• Work experience within a radiation therapy organization is considered a merit

To be successful in this position you need to have good interpersonal skills and the ability to give great service to customers and colleagues. You are a strong team player with a high energy level and you work well under pressure. Further, you are a multitasker who rapidly adapts to changing situations and solves problems when they arise. We also believe that you are a strong organizer and administrator.
