Transas Marine International in Gothenburg, Sweden is currently searching for a driven service coordinator with a strong customer focus whose main task will be to, upon the customer's request arrange services by making optimal use of the skills of our engineers, and offer the best solutions for service under the given conditions.
As a service coordinator you are responsible that your assignments are carried out according to the customer's wishes and at the same time ensuring that Transas internal procedures and processes are followed.
Experience in the marine industry is an advantage but not a must.
Qualifications:
• Secondary education - preferably with a technical focus.
• Very good English skills - knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
• Very good Swedish skills
• Good computer skills
• Experience of administrative and customer oriented work.

As an individual you are organized, structured and have the ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments. You should also be able to handle working independently as well as with a team.
The position will entail some inconvenient working hours.
