The world of transport and logistics is electrifying rapidly and Scania is facing the biggest shift in our history. Our target is to take a leading role in the transformation by introducing new tailor-made products, services and sustainable transport solutions. The customers are currently selecting partners for the coming years by approaching and comparing offers from different makes. Many are looking for a complete e-Mobility system together with partners rather than just a product. We therefore need to evaluate, develop and experiment with different business models. Scania's goal is to drive the shift towards more sustainable transport solutions.
For this purpose we are now looking for a Service Business Strategy Manager to join the e-Mobility Service team at Scania Sales & Marketing.
Work description
As Service Business Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for:
• Developing and implementing e-Mobility service business strategies with a holistic approach
• Translating market trends and customer expectations and demands into targets for Scania to consider in product development and market introductions
• Creating awareness within the organisation the effect that certain vehicle properties and business decisions has on the e-Mobility service business as a whole
• Acting as the e-Mobility service market representative in cross-functional workstreams, both internally at Scania CV AB but also towards the markets, safeguarding commercial interests with a customer first mindset
• Coordinating and supporting the e-Mobility Service Market Table, a cross-functional management decision forum
• Supporting the Head of e-Mobility Service with ad-hoc analyses on service related topics and to put together material and presentations for internal, external and C-level use
• Align Scania's strategic service work with similar roadmap initiatives from TRATON
Together with the team and everyone around you, you will share a responsibility to ensure that Scania service is considered best in class by our customers.
Your profile
As a person you are engaged, curious and well-structured. You dare and have the strength to challenge old truths to achieve changes in a quite traditional business environment. You have excellent communication skills and enjoy creating an atmosphere of commitment in the teams you work in. You are goal oriented but pragmatic at the same time. You have an aptitude for putting together complex material into easy-to-understand presentations, and you enjoy presenting these in any kind of forum.
