hela Sverige As Service and Warranty Project Manager, you will have a very dynamic role, discussing commercial aspects of service and warranty with customers and responsible teams, ensuring delivery of services according to contract and securing a healthy business.
Key tasks
• Responsibility for Service level agreements and warranty contracts;
• Minimize warranty cost as well as maintainers burden for maximum added value;
• Ensuring that containment, issue resolution and final closure are done in full compliance of requirements and certification needs;
• Coordinate and arrange follow-up and coordination meetings. Attend as required and prepare notes as requested;
• Participate and support tender work and business development within the business area;
• Very good stakeholder management skills;
• Well-developed communication skills;
• Customer oriented, self-driven and focused on finding solutions;
• English and Swedish business fluent;
• Experience in railway would be a plus;
