Join us to expand and scale our rapid international growth by taking ownership of and growing our organic search channels and app store presence.
You will be the go to SEO professional in the business and will set and lead the strategy with the aim to increase visibility and rankings globally.
What you'll do:
Work together with internal teams and external parties to ensure SEO is always considered in all channels and relevant parts of the business
Execute SEO analyses and create strategic recommendations for: Architecture, Technical and Content
Continually monitor the outreach and backlink profile and investigate our general SEO health onsite
Monitor SEO performance by using available tools (Google Analytics, Moz, Ahrefs, Authority Labs, Google Search Console, crawlers, etc.)
Work with the analytics team to ensure there's detailed reporting in place to identify the impact of all the hard SEO work
Full ownership of our app store optimisation strategy, including A/B testing and monitoring rankings and trends within health related apps
Support the web and UX team on page design and structure and provide insight on how these can be improved
Identify growth opportunities and advise on site content and user journey optimisation
Work closely with our communications team to make sure we leverage our content keeping SEO and ASO in mind as well
Make sure our marketing complies with all regulatory standards for medical devices
Who are you
Min of 2 years experience in Search Engine Optimisation either in-house or in an agency
Experience in, and understanding of managing SEO in several markets, primarily Sweden, UK and US
Up to date knowledge of the latest SEO updates and trends
Understanding of tracking and attribution of marketing leads and revenue in a multichannel environment
Proven track record of embedding SEO across all levels of the funnel to deliver sales
A team player who can take on cross functional projects
ASO experience is a big plus but not required
Fluent in English, both in writing and speaking
Strong analytical skills
Ability to communicate and develop a fun & efficient working environment
