hela Sverige We are looking for a senior test manager for our teams within software testing and quality assurance in Stockholm. We work in all types of industries such as the public sector, retail, industry and finance. As a senior test manager, you will belong to a team which works with quality assurance in all types of industries such as the public sector, retail, industry, and finance. In this role, you will alternate between working with customer-internal projects and being part of one of the company's overall commitments, where the delivery teams often work agile according to DevOps and with automated test processes.
When joining Tietoevry Transform as a Senior test manager, you will:
Plan and implementation of test strategy and lead one or several testing teams consisting different test expertise.
Create conditions for testing, develop new test strategies and in some cases relate to existing strategies that includes a description of all test types and test levels for the specific test object or assignment.
Plan and manage of all test activities to be carried out in the area to be tested, eg System test, System integration test and Acceptance test.
Plan and ensure all test environments and test data needed to be able to carry out the planned tests.
Be responsible for error handling, status reporting and risk management.
Be responsible for final test evaluation and reporting. To work closely with product owners, project managers, architects and other stakeholders.
The scope of the assignments varies and can be both new development projects and management or transition projects. Regardless of assignment, you will always be part of Tietoevry's testing community, which consists of more than 1000 quality assurance professionals worldwide.
Who are we looking for:
You have a great interest in quality assurance, think it is fun to change and want to be part of a competent team that actively shares their knowledge.
You should have at least 10 years of experience of testing and / or test management (at least 4 years as a test leader).
Acquired knowledge in leadership from a role such as test leader / QA Lead, Scrum Master, Agile Coach or similar. The important thing is that you can have a holistic perspective and have good inference skills.
Has relevant technical higher education or equivalent.
Is fluent Swedish and English at job level.
Has Knowledge of different types of test strategies, test planning and management of test teams.
Has experience of agile way of working methods and methods such as Scrum, or SAFe and test methods, e.g. Exploratory Testing, Session Based Test Management (SBTM), Test driven, Driven Development (TDD), agile test quadrants.
Has experience running tests in various tools such as JIRA with Test plug-in, HP ALM, TFS, ReQtest or similar.
Has knowledge of development processes, test processes, automation and related areas such as e.g. requirements and error handling processes.
It is an advantage if you have previous experience of work in the telecom, public or financial sector.
