The dept interior accessories are now looking for a task leader to an brand building accessory called Excellence Child Seat. You will be working as task leader reporting to an SPL. The team at interior accessories consists of about 4 more dedicated co-workers.
The interior accessories department consists of about 14 co-workers and they are responsible for developing all interior accessories (such as mats, steel grilles, holders, textile protection products and so on).
Main tasks:
• Be responsible for ingoing parts in the ECS, lead cross-functional team and ensure that all results and deliveries are in accordance to the request.
• Manage creation of system/ component solutions TTCQ (Time, Technology, Cost, Quality and handle data in relevant systems).
• Prepare Design Review checklists and meeting for the assignment together with SPL
• Responsible for ESOW, FMEA and so on
Required qualifications:
• Relevant technical education (BSc, MSc in mechanical engineering or Design) or equivalent experience
• Driver license B
• 5-10 years' experience of Task Leading/ Project leading in automotive
• Wide experience from mechanical development of products in different material and processes, a deep technical interest
• Skilled in English, both in speech and writing
• Good practical and theoretical knowledge within the field, worked in projects and having experience of a production start
