Job Description:
We at Jefferson Wells are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team and work at our customers within the Automotive Industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving and executing on the TA strategy in line with the business strategy. You will be working closely with business leaders to identify areas of challenge and help provide a solution. You will also be responsible for building, maintaining, and owning extensive global TA projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Effectively partner with senior-level stakeholders, potentially across multiple areas of domain expertise.
* Hold full accountability for performance and results of senior-level searches.
* Build, maintain, and own extensive global TA projects.
* Coach/mentor more junior team members across the TA org.
* Participate in at least one TA project.
* Drive collaboration with PX Partners & Finance partners teams to build process improvements for operational effectiveness based on data, beliefs and insights.
* Work closely with business leaders to identify areas of challenge and help provide a solution.
* Can easily jump in on Director+ searches.
* Can take on TA Lead responsibilities as needed. The TA partner role can be an expansion of the Sr Recruiter role but is not a role or title change.

* Proactively use recruitment data to advise the business, and identify problems preemptively.
* Ability to act as a strategic partner to senior levels of leadership within the company.
* Ability to act independently and seek solutions when problems arise.
