hela Sverige We are looking for a Senior Systems Engineer to join the Systems Design Team within DSO-Packaging Material. We offer a challenging but rewarding position in one of the absolute key areas of Tetra Pak.
You may have a background as experienced Engineer with the wish to rather broaden than deepen yourself; or you are a Project Manager who rather likes to focus on technical matters; or you are Technical/Line Manager with the devotion for broad development work.
In the role, you will be leading the technical management work in technology and product development projects within the area of Packaging Material and Converting business.
Main responsibilities
• Deliver integrated, often highly complex and challenging technical solutions by leading part of a project team.
• Report the technical maturity of development projects to the DSO-PM technical governance body.
• Actively contribute to the development and implementation of systems engineering work methods, e.g. within requirement management, risk management, verification & validation and statistical analysis.
Qualifications
To be successful in this position you have acquired technical experience within one or more Tetra Pak specific parts of the value chain, e.g. base materials, converting, packaging material, filling equipment and package. Understanding of product and technical development processes is a merit.
You possess a high level of technology interest and curiosity as well as a good business and value chain understanding. You are confident in your expertise and enjoy taking a leading role in technical discussions and problem solving activities. You are a team player with strong communication skills and you easily build trust. You must also have the ability to deliver within a changing environment. Understanding of the Systems Engineering methodology and tools is a merit but not a must.
We believe you have a University degree within engineering or equivalent. You have >10 years experience from working in a development environment. A very good command of English, both written and oral is required.
