As a Senior Systems Analyst you will be a key contributor in the R&D team and specifically in the L4 Support for Route product.
In your work, you will work with developers, testers, the WBMS Support Manager, Product Owners and Delivery Team Managers. It is a great working environment with a high level of competence, sense of team and collective ownership.
We are looking for a highly analytical, organized and driven person to join us.
The CSG Stockholm office is located in Münchenbryggeriet, Södermalm, with a beautiful view of the City Hall on Lake Mälaren.
Key Responsibilities:
• Triaging of incoming L4 Support tickets. Request necessary information and analys on CSG Route product. Reproduces problems on R&D servers to the extent that it is possible. Help to investigate and provide replies to product related questions within R&D and incoming tickets to R&D.
• Liaises with WBMS L4 Support Manager on support priorities and tickets. Provides additional input and guidance when it comes to priorities in relation to impacts and risks.
• Continuous awareness when it comes to the details the support tickets on the Jira Kanban boards and the notifications.
• Participates and contributes in meetings and communication with L4 Support's key stakeholders (CSG internal stakeholders and external customers).
• Contributes to support related artifacts, like for example to Release Notes, known issues communication to stakeholders, customer incident reports.
• Helps identify and contribute to effectively resolving WBMS Support related impediments. Liaises and works with WBMS Support Manager, DTMs and R&D teams on these. For example support related environments and data, processes, practices and training.
Required Skills and Experience:
• Considerable hands-on and detailed knowledge of end-to-end telecom wholesale business system used for buying- routing-trading-billing. Such experience with CSG Route product is seen as an advantage since you will be System Analyst on Route product.
• Experienced in working with and understanding agile scrum software development practices, R&D software delivery processes including release management of support.
