• the timely and accurate delivery (based on service level agreements) of payroll and reporting to both the business and external authorities, in the country under your responsibility (Sweden)
• ensuring the payroll vendor operations team, for your responsible country, delivers services in accordance with the terms of the contract and service level agreements.
• actively working with and contributing to the other functions within HR Operations Centre and CoE to ensure delivery of a legally compliant payroll in accordance with country, local and business laws and policies.
• actively encouraging and supporting the use of lean tools to develop continuous improvement mind set within the team.
• Proven experience with Swedish Payroll (2-5 years)
• Experience of SAP HR desirable
• Previously worked in a similar global environment
• Advanced user of Excel, Word
• Experience in working on Continuous Improvement or Lean initiatives.
• Ability to coach
• Strong communication skills in both English and Swedish
