Who are you?You are self-motivated and comfortable in displaying ownership and strategic lead in a global corporate capacity. You drive, coordinate and support the organization and bring new insights within the area enabling development and alignment with growth strategies. You are communicative, open and service minded, building and working through strong networks within as well as outside the company. You possess business insight, leadership and organizational skills.
About the jobAs a Senior Standards Officer within the Corporate Standards & Regulatory Operations department you will coordinate and drive much of the Corporate standards related work within Alfa Laval. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining global generic working processes and setting guidelines for the organization. You will also support the line organization on specific issues in relation to your competence area. You contribute strongly to the overall standards strategy and to secure commitment from other key functions and stakeholders. You are expected to actively network and represent the company externally to secure relevance and influence where appropriate within your competence area.
What you knowWe expect you to have a Master's degree or higher and at least 10 years of experience within standards related work in relevant industry. We believe you have experience from national and/or international standards committee work and overall global knowledge of standards bodies and organizations. You have excellent research, documentational and editorial skills. You have excellent technical writing skills in English.
