• Take an active part of relevant standardization bodies as well as other 5G alliances
• Work in close cooperation with the company's standardization organizations team members as well as the system and algorithm research teams
• To help creating and drive important standardization proposals based on company agreed strategy
• Communicating the standardization activities and trends back to the company and help coordinate relevant subjects and within the Lund team on a continuous basis
The candidate must have a strong background in wireless communications and have prior experience in wireless standardization, preferably related to modem development. The candidate should be familiar with LTE and its evolutions and have a good knowledge on physical layer.
• An MSc degree or higher in computer science, electrical engineering or wireless communication is required
• As we are a global company the candidate must be able to communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing Good social and networking skills to support teamwork in project groups as well as ability to work independently
